CVE-2018-1000007 5 Canonical, Debian, Fujitsu and 2 more 27 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, M10-1 and 24 more 2024-11-21 9.8 Critical
libcurl 7.1 through 7.57.0 might accidentally leak authentication data to third parties. When asked to send custom headers in its HTTP requests, libcurl will send that set of headers first to the host in the initial URL but also, if asked to follow redirects and a 30X HTTP response code is returned, to the host mentioned in URL in the `Location:` response header value. Sending the same set of headers to subsequent hosts is in particular a problem for applications that pass on custom `Authorization:` headers, as this header often contains privacy sensitive information or data that could allow others to impersonate the libcurl-using client's request.
CVE-2017-3139 1 Redhat 8 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Server Aus, Enterprise Linux Server Eus and 5 more 2024-11-21 7.5 High
A denial of service flaw was found in the way BIND handled DNSSEC validation. A remote attacker could use this flaw to make named exit unexpectedly with an assertion failure via a specially crafted DNS response.
CVE-2017-2634 2 Linux, Redhat 8 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Desktop and 5 more 2024-11-21 N/A
It was found that the Linux kernel's Datagram Congestion Control Protocol (DCCP) implementation before 2.6.22.17 used the IPv4-only inet_sk_rebuild_header() function for both IPv4 and IPv6 DCCP connections, which could result in memory corruptions. A remote attacker could use this flaw to crash the system.

CVE-2017-18344 3 Canonical, Linux, Redhat 16 Ubuntu Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 13 more 2024-11-21 N/A
The timer_create syscall implementation in kernel/time/posix-timers.c in the Linux kernel before 4.14.8 doesn't properly validate the sigevent->sigev_notify field, which leads to out-of-bounds access in the show_timer function (called when /proc/$PID/timers is read). This allows userspace applications to read arbitrary kernel memory (on a kernel built with CONFIG_POSIX_TIMERS and CONFIG_CHECKPOINT_RESTORE).
CVE-2017-18208 2 Linux, Redhat 8 Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Mrg and 5 more 2024-11-21 N/A
The madvise_willneed function in mm/madvise.c in the Linux kernel before 4.14.4 allows local users to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) by triggering use of MADVISE_WILLNEED for a DAX mapping.
CVE-2017-17742 3 Debian, Redhat, Ruby-lang 8 Debian Linux, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 5 more 2024-11-21 N/A
Ruby before 2.2.10, 2.3.x before 2.3.7, 2.4.x before 2.4.4, 2.5.x before 2.5.1, and 2.6.0-preview1 allows an HTTP Response Splitting attack. An attacker can inject a crafted key and value into an HTTP response for the HTTP server of WEBrick.
CVE-2016-10745 2 Palletsprojects, Redhat 9 Jinja, Enterprise Linux, Rhel Aus and 6 more 2024-11-21 N/A

CVE-2023-42753 3 Debian, Linux, Redhat 9 Debian Linux, Linux Kernel, Enterprise Linux and 6 more 2024-11-15 7 High
An array indexing vulnerability was found in the netfilter subsystem of the Linux kernel. A missing macro could lead to a miscalculation of the `h->nets` array offset, providing attackers with the primitive to arbitrarily increment/decrement a memory buffer out-of-bound. This issue may allow a local user to crash the system or potentially escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2023-39417 3 Debian, Postgresql, Redhat 10 Debian Linux, Postgresql, Advanced Cluster Security and 7 more 2024-11-15 7.5 High
IN THE EXTENSION SCRIPT, a SQL Injection vulnerability was found in PostgreSQL if it uses @extowner@, @extschema@, or @extschema:...@ inside a quoting construct (dollar quoting, '', or ""). If an administrator has installed files of a vulnerable, trusted, non-bundled extension, an attacker with database-level CREATE privilege can execute arbitrary code as the bootstrap superuser.
CVE-2023-5178 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat 10 Linux Kernel, Active Iq Unified Manager, Solidfire \& Hci Management Node and 7 more 2024-11-15 8.8 High
A use-after-free vulnerability was found in drivers/nvme/target/tcp.c` in `nvmet_tcp_free_crypto` due to a logical bug in the NVMe/TCP subsystem in the Linux kernel. This issue may allow a malicious user to cause a use-after-free and double-free problem, which may permit remote code execution or lead to local privilege escalation.
CVE-2023-5157 3 Fedoraproject, Mariadb, Redhat 17 Fedora, Mariadb, Enterprise Linux and 14 more 2024-11-15 7.5 High
A vulnerability was found in MariaDB. An OpenVAS port scan on ports 3306 and 4567 allows a malicious remote client to cause a denial of service.
