CVE-2014-2885 1 Truecrypt Project 1 Truecrypt 2024-11-21 N/A
Multiple integer overflows in TrueCrypt 7.1a allow local users to (1) obtain sensitive information via vectors involving a crafted item->OriginalLength value in the MainThreadProc function in EncryptedIoQueue.c or (2) cause a denial of service (memory consumption) via vectors involving large StartingOffset and Length values in the ProcessVolumeDeviceControlIrp function in Ntdriver.c.
CVE-2014-0147 3 Fedoraproject, Qemu, Redhat 12 Fedora, Qemu, Enterprise Linux and 9 more 2024-11-21 6.2 Medium
Qemu before 1.6.2 block diver for the various disk image formats used by Bochs and for the QCOW version 2 format, are vulnerable to a possible crash caused by signed data types or a logic error while creating QCOW2 snapshots, which leads to incorrectly calling update_refcount() routine.

CVE-2013-2807 1 Rockwellautomation 1 Rslinx Enterprise 2024-11-21 N/A
Rockwell Automation RSLinx Enterprise Software (LogReceiver.exe) CPR9, CPR9-SR1, CPR9-SR2, CPR9-SR3, CPR9-SR4, CPR9-SR5, CPR9-SR5.1, and CPR9-SR6 does not handle input correctly and results in a logic error if it calculates an incorrect value for the “Total Record Size” field. By sending a datagram to the service over Port 4444/UDP with the “Record Data Size” field modified to a specifically oversized value, the service will calculate an undersized value for the “Total Record Size” that will cause an out-of-bounds read access violation that leads to a service crash. The service can be recovered with a manual reboot. The patches and details pertaining to these vulnerabilities can be found at the following Rockwell Automation Security Advisory link (login is required): https://rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/537599
CVE-2013-2806 1 Rockwellautomation 1 Rslinx Enterprise 2024-11-21 N/A
Rockwell Automation RSLinx Enterprise Software (LogReceiver.exe) CPR9, CPR9-SR1, CPR9-SR2, CPR9-SR3, CPR9-SR4, CPR9-SR5, CPR9-SR5.1, and CPR9-SR6 does not handle input correctly and results in a logic error if it calculates an incorrect value for the “End of Current Record” field. By sending a datagram to the service over Port 4444/UDP with the “Record Data Size” field modified to a specifically oversized value, the service will calculate an undersized value for the “Total Record Size.” Then the service will calculate an incorrect value for the “End of Current Record” field causing access violations that lead to a service crash. The service can be recovered with a manual reboot. CVE-2024-46613 1 Weechat 1 Weechat 2024-11-19 4.3 Medium
WeeChat before 4.4.2 has an integer overflow and resultant buffer overflow at core/core-string.c when there are more than two billion items in a list. This affects string_free_split_shared , string_free_split, string_free_split_command, and string_free_split_tags.
CVE-2024-34121 3 Adobe, Apple, Microsoft 3 Illustrator, Macos, Windows 2024-11-01 7.8 High
Illustrator versions 28.6, 27.9.5 and earlier are affected by an Integer Overflow or Wraparound vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
CVE-2024-47024 1 Google 2 Android, Pixel 2024-10-28 7.4 High
In vring_size of external/headers/include/virtio/virtio_ring.h, there is a possible out of bounds write due to an integer overflow. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2024-47028 1 Google 2 Android, Pixel 2024-10-28 5.1 Medium
In ffu_flash_pack of ffu.c, there is a possible out of bounds read due to an integer overflow. This could lead to local information disclosure with System execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
CVE-2024-47424 2 Adobe, Microsoft 2 Framemaker, Windows 2024-10-18 7.8 High
Adobe Framemaker versions 2020.6, 2022.4 and earlier are affected by an Integer Overflow or Wraparound vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
CVE-2024-47416 3 Adobe, Apple, Microsoft 3 Animate, Macos, Windows 2024-10-10 7.8 High
Animate versions 23.0.7, 24.0.4 and earlier are affected by an Integer Overflow or Wraparound vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file.
CVE-2024-20434 1 Cisco 1 Ios Xe 2024-10-08 4.3 Medium
A vulnerability in Cisco IOS XE Software could allow an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a denial of service (DoS) condition on the control plane of an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper handling of frames with VLAN tag information. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted frames to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to render the control plane of the affected device unresponsive. The device would not be accessible through the console or CLI, and it would not respond to ping requests, SNMP requests, or requests from other control plane protocols. Traffic that is traversing the device through the data plane is not affected. A reload of the device is required to restore control plane services.

CVE-2024-38128 1 Microsoft 10 Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 Sp2 and 7 more 2024-08-24 8.8 High
Windows Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) Remote Code Execution Vulnerability
CVE-2022-0185 3 Linux, Netapp, Redhat 20 Linux Kernel, H300e, H300e Firmware and 17 more 2024-08-23 8.4 High
A heap-based buffer overflow flaw was found in the way the legacy_parse_param function in the Filesystem Context functionality of the Linux kernel verified the supplied parameters length. An unprivileged (in case of unprivileged user namespaces enabled, otherwise needs namespaced CAP_SYS_ADMIN privilege) local user able to open a filesystem that does not support the Filesystem Context API (and thus fallbacks to legacy handling) could use this flaw to escalate their privileges on the system.
CVE-2024-1305 2024-08-23 9.8 Critical
tap-windows6 driver version 9.26 and earlier does not properly check the size data of incomming write operations which an attacker can use to overflow memory buffers, resulting in a bug check and potentially arbitrary code execution in kernel space
CVE-2022-48938 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2024-08-22 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: CDC-NCM: avoid overflow in sanity checking A broken device may give an extreme offset like 0xFFF0 and a reasonable length for a fragment. In the sanity check as formulated now, this will create an integer overflow, defeating the sanity check. Both offset and offset + len need to be checked in such a manner that no overflow can occur. And those quantities should be unsigned.
