CVE-2026-34785 1 Rack 1 Rack 2026-04-16 7.5 High
Rack is a modular Ruby web server interface. Prior to versions 2.2.23, 3.1.21, and 3.2.6, Rack::Static determines whether a request should be served as a static file using a simple string prefix check. When configured with URL prefixes such as "/css", it matches any request path that begins with that string, including unrelated paths such as "/css-config.env" or "/css-backup.sql". As a result, files under the static root whose names merely share the configured prefix may be served unintentionally, leading to information disclosure. This issue has been patched in versions 2.2.23, 3.1.21, and 3.2.6.
CVE-2026-24732 1 Hallowelt 1 Bluespice 2026-04-16 N/A

GmbH BlueSpice (Extension:NSFileRepo modules) allows Accessing Functionality Not Properly Constrained by ACLs, Bypassing Electronic Locks and Access Controls. This issue affects BlueSpice: from 5.1 through 5.1.3, from 5.2 through 5.2.0. HINT: Versions provided apply to BlueSpice MediaWiki releases. For Extension:NSFileRepo the affected versions are 3.0 < 3.0.5
CVE-2026-31838 1 Istio 1 Istio 2026-04-15 5.3 Medium
Istio is an open platform to connect, manage, and secure microservices. Prior to 1.29.1, 1.28.5, and 1.27.8, a vulnerability in Envoy RBAC header matching could allow authorization policy bypass when policies rely on HTTP headers that may contain multiple values. An attacker could craft requests with multiple header values in a way that causes Envoy to evaluate the header differently than intended, potentially bypassing authorization checks. This may allow unauthorized requests to reach protected services when policies depend on such header-based matching conditions. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.29.1, 1.28.5, and 1.27.8.
CVE-2016-20025 1 Zkteco 1 Zkaccess Professional 2026-04-15 8.8 High
ZKTeco ZKAccess Professional 3.5.3 contains an insecure file permissions vulnerability that allows authenticated users to escalate privileges by modifying executable files. Attackers can leverage the Modify permission granted to the Authenticated Users group to replace executable binaries with malicious code for privilege escalation.
CVE-2018-25164 1 Phpmassmail 1 Eversync 2026-04-15 7.5 High
EverSync 0.5 contains an arbitrary file download vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to access sensitive files by requesting them directly from the files directory. Attackers can send GET requests to the files directory to download database files like db.sq3 containing application data and credentials.
CVE-2025-41240 2026-04-15 10 Critical
Three Bitnami Helm charts mount Kubernetes Secrets under a predictable path (/opt/bitnami/*/secrets) that is located within the web server document root. In affected versions, this can lead to unauthenticated access to sensitive credentials via HTTP/S. A remote attacker could retrieve these secrets by accessing specific URLs if the application is exposed externally. The issue affects deployments using the default value of usePasswordFiles=true, which mounts secrets as files into the container filesystem.
CVE-2019-25239 2026-04-15 7.5 High
V-SOL GPON/EPON OLT Platform 2.03 contains an unauthenticated information disclosure vulnerability that allows attackers to download configuration files via direct object reference. Attackers can retrieve sensitive configuration data by sending HTTP GET requests to the usrcfg.conf endpoint, potentially enabling authentication bypass and system access.
CVE-2021-4463 1 Shenzhen Longjing Technology 1 Bems Api 2026-04-15 N/A
Longjing Technology BEMS API versions up to and including 1.21 contains an unauthenticated arbitrary file download vulnerability in the 'downloads' endpoint. The 'fileName' parameter is not properly sanitized, allowing attackers to craft traversal sequences and access sensitive files outside the intended directory.
CVE-2023-41566 2026-04-15 8.1 High
OA EKP v16 was discovered to contain an arbitrary download vulnerability via the component /ui/sys_ui_extend/sysUiExtend.do. This vulnerability allows attackers to obtain the password of the background administrator and further obtain database permissions.
CVE-2024-10526 1 Rapid7 1 Velociraptor 2026-04-15 N/A
Rapid7 Velociraptor MSI Installer versions below 0.73.3 suffer from a vulnerability whereby it creates the installation directory with WRITE_DACL permission to the BUILTIN\\Users group. This allows local users who are not administrators to grant themselves the Full Control permission on Velociraptor's files. By modifying Velociraptor's files, local users can subvert the binary and cause the Velociraptor service to execute arbitrary code as the SYSTEM user, or to replace the Velociraptor binary completely.  This issue is fixed in version 0.73.3.
CVE-2024-2759 1 Prestashopmodules 1 Apaczka 2026-04-15 7.5 High
Improper access control vulnerability in Apaczka plugin for PrestaShop allows information gathering from saved templates without authentication. This issue affects Apaczka plugin for PrestaShop from v1 through v4.
CVE-2024-43660 2026-04-15 7.5 High
The CGI script <redacted>.sh can be used to download any file on the filesystem. This issue affects Iocharger firmware for AC model chargers beforeversion 24120701. Likelihood: High, but credentials required. Impact: Critical – The script can be used to download any file on the filesystem, including sensitive files such as /etc/shadow, the CGI script source code or binaries and configuration files. CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N/S:P/AU:Y CVSS clarification. The attack can be executed over any network connection the station is listening to and serves the web interface (AV:N), and there are no additional security measure sin place that need to be circumvented (AC:L), the attack does not rely on preconditions (AT:N). The attack does require authentication, but the level of authentication is irrelevant (PR:L), it does not require user interaction (UI:N). The confidentiality of all files of the devicd can be compromised (VC:H/VI:N/VA:N). There is no impact on subsequent systems. (SC:N/SI:N/SA:N). While this device is an EV charger handing significant amounts of power, this attack in isolation does not have a safety impact. The attack can be automated (AU:Y).
CVE-2024-49756 1 Ash Framework 1 Ashpostgres 2026-04-15 5.3 Medium
AshPostgres is the PostgreSQL data layer for Ash Framework. Starting in version 2.0.0 and prior to version 2.4.10, in certain very specific situations, it was possible for the policies of an update action to be skipped. This occurred only on "empty" update actions (no changing fields), and would allow their hooks (side effects) to be performed when they should not have been. Note that this does not allow reading new data that the user should not have had access to, only triggering a side effect a user should not have been able to trigger. To be vulnerable, an affected user must have an update action that is on a resource with no attributes containing an "update default" (updated_at timestamp, for example); can be performed atomically; does not have `require_atomic? false`; has at least one authorizer (typically `Ash.Policy.Authorizer`); and has at least one `change` (on the resource's `changes` block or in the action itself). This is where the side-effects would be performed when they should not have been. This problem has been patched in `2.4.10` of `ash_postgres`. Several workarounds are available. Potentially affected users may determine that none of their actions are vulnerable using a script the maintainers provide in the GitHub Security Advisory, add `require_atomic? false` to any potentially affected update action, replace any usage of `Ash.update` with `Ash.bulk_update` for an affected action, and/or add an update timestamp to their action.
